OHS Track and Field
The cross country season is approaching, and before you know it the first official day of practice will be here. We want to welcome all interested in running. We will do our best to keep the information on this website as up to date as possible.
It is important that you do some running on your own, and perhaps hook up with some friends for some group runs during the summer months. There is a list of summer fun runs below.
We have an electronic log book available under the Handouts tab which, if used, will help you to track your miles. On it you will find some hints to get you started, depending on your personal goals.

Please click on this link for the 2015-Summer Run Schedule These runs are optional leading up to the mandatory Aug. 3rd practice held at OHS track at 8 a.m. Athletes are strongly encouraged to participate in the summer workouts to prepare the body for the demands of the upcoming season. All physicals must be current to practice.
